Prof. Dr. Emine KOBAN

Professor Dr. Emine Koban has completed her undergraduate studies in 1986 and post-graduate studies in 1989. She obtained her PhD at 1996. Her expertise as well as her academic research are focused on tax law, financial law as well as international trade and customs law. Her articles have been published in national and international journals. She presented several papers on her research area in national and international conferences and symposiums. She is an editorial board member of several national journals. She implemented different projects in her academic career and received the National Second Prize in 1992 and the National First Prize in 2006. Beside her academic work, she worked for as an independent consultant for various national professional organizations and as a Minister Advisor to the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Trade. Currently, she is working as the dean of Gaziantep University Faculty of Law and besides a Chair for Puplic Law as well as Economic Law.

Prof. Dr. Can DEMİREL

Prof. Dr. Can Demirel was born on May 17, 1971. She graduated from Physics Engineering department of Engineering Faculty of Gaziantep University. She completed his master’s degree in Gaziantep University, Faculty of Medicine, Biophysics Department in 1997. She completed her PhD in 2005 at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. She is currently working as the Head of the Biophysics Department of Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine. She has 30 publications scanned in national and international indexes and 50 papers published in national and international fields. At the same time, she has been actively working in Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Medical Education and Informatics Department for 3 years. She also serves as an assistant dean responsible for education at the Faculty of Medicine, Gaziantep University, and actively at the Gaziantep University Education Commission. There are many social sensitivity projects, TÜBİTAK projects, and Scientific Research Projects carried out with students.

Dr. Inst. Ahmet BOZDAG

Ahmet BOZDAĞ was born in Şanlıurfa in 1980. He completed his law education, which he started in 2001 at Marmara University Faculty of Law, in 2005. He worked as a freelance lawyer in Istanbul between 2005-2006. He completed his doctorate education, which he started in 2009 at Marmara University Faculty of Law, Public Law Department, in 2013 and received the title of Doctor. In 2014, he was appointed to Gaziantep University Faculty of Law Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law Department as an Associate Professor. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in Gaziantep University, Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law.

She is university lecturer directly working with the rectorate and the responsible person of European Reserach Centre of Gaziantep University. She is Phd student in business administration, has now experienced on working in a higher education institution by projects in many NGOs and institutions like British Council Turkey and in many EU funded projects. She has a certificate for PCM from the coordination with EU and Ministery of Labour and Social Security. Her working area is Erasmus Plus Projects (Adult, VET and Higher Education), CFCU and IPA.

Buket Deniz was born in 1992. She graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Law in 2010. In 2015, she started her LLM degree at the same university. The name of the thesis is “Prohibition of Discrimination Against Disabled People in the light of International Human Rights Conventions”. She completed her internship at the lawyer in 2015. After that, He worked as a freelance lawyer for 2 years. He has been working as a research assistant at Gaziantep University Faculty of Law since 2018. She is a member of the Turkey Bar Association Human Rights Center. In 2017, she attended an Erasmus + Project “Include, Transform, Realize-2”, a training course on working with disabled young people. She participated as a participant in many scientific congresses, symposiums and conferences on disability rights. In September 2019, she attended the “Disability Fall School”, which is a 3-day training organized in cooperation with Boğaziçi University and Research Worldwide. She continues his public law doctorate program, which he started at Gaziantep University in 2019.

He works as an Education Planner in Faculty of Medicine, Medical Education and Informatics department and has studies on the adaptation of disabled students’ to education, e-learning, and blended learning topics

Studied Business Administration at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty, From 2012 to 2014, she studied Department of Justice in the same university. Between 2007 and 2018, YARAŞ worked as a Call Operator in the Happy Disabled Hotline Call Center (4446000), which was established by the Physical Disabilities Foundation for the purpose of answering the questions and problems of our disabled citizens. Since August 2018, she started to work as a Computer Operator in Gaziantep University Faculty of Law.

Prof. Mehmet Yüce’s professional area is public finance, fiscal law, fiscal policy and budget and fiscal planning. He graduated from Uludag University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science in 1991. He worked as a research assistant (1994-2001), assistant professor (2001-2005), associated professor (2005-2010) and he is a professor date from 2010 at Bursa Uludag University.He has many studies include articles and books in Fiscal Law, Public Finance and Fiscal Policy area. He teach the tax principles about disability person and disability rights in this Public Finance and Fiscal Law context.

Professor Sabahattin Yürekli’s professional area is Labour Law and Social Security Law. He graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 1989. Then worked İstanbul University Faculty of Law for 13 years as a research assistant at Labour Law and Social Security Law department. After He worked “Dr.Faculty Member” at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Law for 12 years and he is working as a dated from 2016 as an associate professor at Bursa Uludag University Faculty of Law. He has many studies include articles and boks in Labour Law and Social Security Law area. He teach the legal principles of disability person and disability rights in this Labor Law and Social Security Law context. He also have been in Germany, 2005 Freiburg Albert-Ludwigs University Law School as a “visiting scholar”.

Mr. Charalampos Samantzis

is employed as Managing Director of Life Long Learning Center of the University of Thessaly while he has been responsible for the Career Office from 2004 and European Project Coordinator in various EU project initiatives. Being responsible for the development of the strategy and implementation plan for the Career Services Office, Mr. Samantzis was also responsible for developing and expanding the base of organizations interested in offering training and employment opportunities to students graduating from the University of Thessaly. At the same time. He presented enhanced activation in the provision of innovative training and education services through the implementation of various European initiatives providing adequate services and resulting in training opportunities and increased level of employment. Prior to his current position, he worked as a research associate in the South and East European Development Center (SEED) an interdisciplinary research and policy analysis Center at the Department of Planning and Regional Development (DPRD) in the University of Thessaly being actively involved both in the preparation and the implementation of various European research programs. Mr. Samantzis provides excellent professional record in supporting minorities and providing counseling to locals and not only (people from the region or throughout Greece) regardless their background/nationality being a link between
the institution and the labor market community.

Ms. Eleni Vezali

is employed in the Lifelong Learning Centre/ Vocational Training Centre of UTH as a Project Manager/Coordinator from October 2015 to present. She operates as a project manager and financial supervisor in a number of European Erasmus+ Projects such as: Learning to learn for low skill people, VET for migrants, Pedagogical approached for migrants, EYE: Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, YEP –Young People Mentoring Adults, New Horizons, Total Business Plants, EDGE, Generativity, BaSE and many more. Mrs. Vezali provides a wide range of assistance given her studies in Applied Economics and Finance, offering a helping hand to both the financial aspects of programs as well as the technical and researching parts. the Operational Program “Local Employment Plans across Greece (TOPSA)”.

Ms. Dimitra Printziou

is employed by University of Thessaly as researcher in the various project initiatives the institution implements. Her collaboration with the Society of People with visual impairment for the district of Magnesia “Magnites Tifli”.She empowered her with excellent organizational, and technical and researching skills working with disabled people in a practical manner. Furthermore, she was employed as a professor in private institutions.
